ASVPM (Agile and Scaled-Value Project Management)<\/strong> is a nonprofit
\nIRS-registered 501(c)(3)<\/em> and CA-incorporated community of Agile and project-management professionals.
\nSince its roots in 2006 with the launch of SVProjectManagement.com<\/a>, ASVPM has evolved into a global hub for knowledge-sharing, professional growth, and experiential learning in Agile and Scaled-Value Project Management practices.<\/p>\n

Mission:<\/strong> To support programs run by volunteer professionals as platforms to learn and experience Scrum fundamentals and other Agile frameworks and practices through immersion.<\/p>\n

Values:<\/strong> Collaboration, transparency, empirical leadership, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

Together, these elements guide how ASVPM develops empirical leaders who lead with evidence, adaptability, and an Agile mindset.<\/p>\n

The ASVPM Immersive Experience\u00ae<\/strong>\u00a0framework is the foundation of ASVPM\u2019s programs.<\/p>\n

Unlike classroom-only training, it provides a hands-on, real-world environment where participants learn by doing. Volunteers work in Agile teams to maintain and grow the Silicon Valley Project Management – Project management wisdom from practitioners and the UCSC Extension in Silicon Valley<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> website and ASVPM operations, producing value under the same challenges and opportunities faced in professional Agile workplaces today.<\/p>\n
