About ASVPM
ASVPM (Agile and Scaled-Value Project Management) is a nonprofit
IRS-registered 501(c)(3) and CA-incorporated community of Agile and project-management professionals.
Since its roots in 2006 with the launch of SVProjectManagement.com, ASVPM has evolved into a global hub for knowledge-sharing, professional growth, and experiential learning in Agile and Scaled-Value Project Management practices.

Vision: To continuously build the next generation of Agile practitioners and leaders for global society.
Mission: To support programs run by volunteer professionals as platforms to learn and experience Scrum fundamentals and other Agile frameworks and practices through immersion.
Values: Collaboration, transparency, empirical leadership, and continuous improvement.

ASVPM Immersive Experience™ Framework
The ASVPM Immersive Experience™ framework is the foundation of ASVPM’s programs.
Unlike classroom-only training, it provides a hands-on, real-world environment where participants learn by doing.Volunteers work in Agile teams to maintain and grow the SVProjectManagement.com website and ASVPM operations, simulating the challenges and opportunities faced in professional Agile workplaces.

- Self-managing teams
- Full participation in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Stand-ups)
- Remote, time-boxed collaboration (synchronous and asynchronous)
